Tracking questions

Where do I find my tracking number?

As soon as your doll is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with your Evri tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we'll send it again.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Please allow 7–10 days for your doll to arrive.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show after dispatch. If it still hasn't moved after a few days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with Evri for you.
