Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from reborndoll.co.uk. If for any reason you are not, we have made the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.

7 Day Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, your doll must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags. Dolls that have been bathed, dressed in non original clothing or show signs of use beyond an initial look may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return

Email us at reborndolluk@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the doll you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with clear instructions on how to send the item back.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

When You Will Get Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item and check its condition, we will email you to confirm. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Please bear in mind that your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the refund in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

If your doll arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at reborndolluk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us photographs of the issue along with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your doll for a different product of equal value where stock allows. Just email us at reborndolluk@gmail.com and we will sort it out for you.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on dolls where the sealed packaging has been opened and the doll has clearly been used beyond an initial inspection, unless the item is faulty.
