However, because our reborn dolls are handmade, slight differences in colour, weight, size and detail may occur between individual dolls. These small variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered faults. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if stock is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Standard delivery across the UK typically takes 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as postal disruptions or severe weather.
